A Promotion of Girl Child and Awareness Campaign was organized with the objective of encouraging gender equality, girl child education, health, safety, and empowerment in society. The campaign focused on spreading awareness about the importance of valuing and supporting the girl child as an equal and integral part of family and community development.

During the campaign, participants were sensitized on key issues such as the right to education for girls, health and nutrition, prevention of child marriage, protection from discrimination, and the importance of providing equal opportunities to girls. The programme highlighted how educating and empowering a girl child leads to stronger families, healthier communities, and sustainable social progress.

Awareness sessions, interactive discussions, and community outreach activities were conducted to address social mindsets and promote positive attitudes towards girls. Special emphasis was laid on girls’ safety, self-confidence, leadership, and skill development, motivating families to support their daughters’ education and aspirations.
